We’re delighted to have you on our website. When you use our site, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. We’ve made them as clear and user-friendly as possible so you can shop with confidence.


1. Updates and Modifications

Our website and these Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting, so we encourage you to review them regularly.


2. Privacy Commitment

Your privacy is paramount at Jordan Dog Training.

  • Personal information is collected only for the purposes of processing your order, communicating with you, or improving our services.

  • Personal information is never shared with third parties.

  • Credit card information is processed securely and is never stored.

3. Product Descriptions and Availability

  • While we make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photos, and details on our website are accurate, variations may occur — particularly with natural products such as treats, where size, shape, and colour can differ.

  • As our treats are 100% natural, size, shape, colour, and weight may vary between batches. This is not a defect.

  • All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you promptly to offer a refund, exchange, or backorder option.


4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

  • Payment must be received in full before any goods are dispatched.


5. Returns and Exchange Policy

Please note: these terms relate to goods purchased through our online shop. For training classes and courses, please refer to our separate Terms & Conditions.

We offer a considerate returns and exchange policy in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

5.1 Overview for Goods

  • Our standard refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty or not as described.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unopened.

  • Refunds will not be issued if you have changed your mind, if your pet does not like the treat/item, or if the bag has been opened.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as dog treats cannot be returned.

  • Additional non-returnable items include: gift cards.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the goods returned to us.

Partial refunds may be granted where:

  • Books show obvious signs of use.

  • Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5.2 Returns (Treats and Goods)

  • Returns are accepted for goods that are in their original, unopened, and resalable condition.

  • For perishable items such as dog treats, products must be unopened and suitable for resale.

  • All returns must be approved in writing before items are sent back.

  • Return postage (with tracking) is at the purchaser’s expense.

  • We are not responsible for goods lost in return transit.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the package has been opened, or if your pet does not like the treat that you ordered for them.

Please note: we cannot accept returns of opened packages, or where the product simply did not meet your pet’s preferences. Just like people, dogs can be fussy, and their tastes may even change over time—even for treats they’ve enjoyed with enthusiasm in the past. Preference isn’t a fault—so while a change in taste is completely normal, it isn’t considered a defect and does not qualify for return.

At Jordan Dog Training, we are very conscious of quality control and only stock the best available treats. Our limited range reflects the care we take in choosing high-quality, natural, and well-loved options. While we do our best to offer a thoughtful selection that most dogs adore, every dog is unique, and sometimes they simply prefer something else. If this happens, our friendly team is always happy to suggest alternatives from our range that may be a better fit for your dog.

5.3 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at justin@jordandogtraining.com.au.

5.4 Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.

5.5 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are welcome if goods are returned in accordance with the conditions above.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, not if your dog does not like the treat or item.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at justin@jordandogtraining.com.au.

  • Once the original item is received, you may select an alternative product.

  • The cost of freighting the new order is at the purchaser’s expense.

5.6 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

5.7 Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, mail it to: PO Box 2428, Chermside Ctr, Brisbane, QLD 4032.

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Shipping Policy

  • We ship Australia-wide only.

  • Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched the next business day from our Brisbane location.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for delivery via courier or Australia Post.

  • If shipping is delayed, we will contact you promptly.


7. Risk and Title

  • Once your order has been delivered to your nominated address, responsibility for the goods passes to you.

  • Title to the goods remains with Jordan Dog Training until full payment has been received.


8. Allergies and Sensitivities

  • All treats are natural, but as with any food product, dogs may have individual allergies or sensitivities.

  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to supervise their dog when introducing new treats and to discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.

  • If your dog has known allergies, please check ingredients carefully before purchasing.


9. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy relates to the collection and use of personal information you may provide through your use of our website.

  • Personal information is never shared with third parties.

  • Jordan Dog Training does not accept responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or use of information contained on this website.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Jordan Dog Training does not accept responsibility or liability that may arise from the use of this website, or for errors or omissions in website content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website or our products.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or a refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.


11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
