All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
Many of our products are natural, single-ingredient treats. As a result, variations in size, shape, colour, smell, and texture are normal and expected and do not constitute a fault.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice.
If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you would like to proceed.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Australia only.
The shipping address must be a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Orders are typically dispatched from Brisbane within one business day, but this is not guaranteed.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are generally between 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.
We ship via courier service whenever possible, using Australia Post only when courier delivery is unavailable.
We are not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
6. Risk and Ownership
Risk passes to you once the order has been dispatched.
Ownership of the goods remains with Jordan Dog Training until full payment has been received.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be approved by Jordan Dog Training prior to being sent back.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, dog treats and consumables cannot be returned if opened.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if your dog does not like the product.
You should inspect your order upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a refund, replacement, or repair.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
8. Product Use and Safety
All treats and chews should be given under supervision.
You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your dog’s size, age, health, and chewing behaviour.
You are also responsible for reviewing product ingredients and ensuring they are suitable for your dog, including any known allergies or sensitivities.
If you have any concerns about whether a treat is suitable for your dog, including due to age, size, health, allergies, chewing style, or dietary needs, please consult your veterinarian before giving the product to your dog.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for supervising your dog and making appropriate decisions regarding the use of all products.
While our products are carefully selected, no dog treat is completely risk free. As with any food or chew, there is a small risk of choking or digestive upset.
Due to the natural nature of our products and the absence of preservatives, shelf life may vary depending on storage conditions. Once products have been delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to store them appropriately and use them within a reasonable timeframe. We are not responsible for spoilage, including mould, occurring after delivery where products have been appropriately supplied.
We are not responsible for injury, illness, or adverse reactions, including allergies or sensitivities, where products have been appropriately described and used as intended.
For best results, products should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept sealed where possible.
Always provide fresh water when giving treats or chews.
9. Website Use
Information on this website is provided as general guidance only.
We aim to keep content accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free from errors.
We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
We only collect and use personal information to process orders and provide our services.
We do not store credit card details.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required to fulfil your order or by law.
