Here are different charts for small, medium, and large dog breeds, serving as general guidelines.
Small Breeds (up to approximately 9 kg):
- 1 Dog Year = 15 Human Years
- 2 Dog Years = 24 Human Years
- Beyond that, add approximately 4 human years for each additional dog year.
Medium Breeds (around 10-22 kg):
- 1 Dog Year = 15 Human Years
- 2 Dog Years = 24 Human Years
- Beyond that, add approximately 5 human years for each additional dog year.
Large Breeds (more than 22 kg):
- 1 Dog Year = 15 Human Years
- 2 Dog Years = 24 Human Years
