Natalie is an animal lover with a knack for earning trust from all kinds of animals.
She had all kinds of pets growing up, from bunnies and birds to pigs and several breeds of dogs and also enjoys horse riding.
In the early years of her life she was exposed to training protection and service dogs, this was her mothers passion and the knowledge and experience that came along with this has carried over into many areas of Natalie’s life. Natalie has since gone on to start her own training and breeding programme, focusing on aiding and assisting families in finding their perfect pet, her programme’s motto is “Cuddly Canine Companions, Capable of more.”
Natalie practices gentle and firm consistency with her own dogs and puppies, always with clear instructions.
With a background in studying and applying canine psychology, biologically appropriate raw diets for canines and felines, and handling show dogs of several breeds such as the German Shepherds, Yorkshire Terriers, Afghan Hounds, and Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
Natalie has a broad understanding of canine anxiety, she has helped many anxious dogs find their confidence again.
She likes to apply temperament testing to young puppies prior to training, in order to better understand which training approach is necessary to help the puppy reach its highest potential most efficiently.
Natalie believes in helping the owner understand their dogs behaviour, because once the owner can understand their dogs “triggers”, they can apply appropriate methods that redirect and correct undesirable shenanigans.
Natalie’s helps her husband run his own little business by doing the administration work. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Mandarin Chinese. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs.
Her family consists of 5 Staffordshire Bull Terriers: 1 is a titled show dog, 2 are in show training, and the other 2 are sporting enthusiasts that love a good run at the agility course or down at the beach.
She has 2 Burmese cats, and 7 parrots.
