Returning Clients
Welcome back. We’d love to see you and your dog again. Once your dog has completed a Jordan Dog Training Group Obedience course, their lifetime membership lets you return for refresher training with no further class fees.
Please contact the trainer at least 48 hours before the class you would like to attend and wait for confirmation of your place.
How returning clients can rejoin a class
Your dog’s lifetime membership is included in their original Group Obedience course. After completing that course, you are welcome to attend any of our Group Obedience venues, as often as you like, for the life of that dog. Whether you would like a refresher, some extra practice or help as your dog moves through adolescence, we are here to support you.
1. Choose your class
Check our current class timetable for the location, day, time and trainer. Use the class’s BOOK NOW link to find the trainer’s contact details. As a returning lifetime member, arrange your place directly with the trainer rather than paying for another course.
2. SMS the trainer at least 48 hours beforehand
Include your name, your dog’s name, and the date, time and location of the class you would like to attend. If you have your membership card handy, you can include a photo to help the trainer identify your enrolment.
3. Wait for your place to be confirmed
We organise our trainers around confirmed attendance so every class has the right level of support. Please wait for the trainer’s reply before coming along, and arrange each session in advance. An unconfirmed place cannot be guaranteed.
Haven’t received your membership card, or cannot find it?
That is no problem. You do not need the physical card to return to classes. Let the trainer know your name, your dog’s name and the course you previously attended so we can check your enrolment and confirm your place.
Before you come back
Please wear closed-in shoes, bring a suitable lead and collar, harness or halter, and make sure your dog meets the class vaccination requirements. Keep your dog on lead and allow space between dogs. Our Training Service Terms apply to returning visits.
Lifetime membership applies to the dog who completed the original course. If you have another dog joining your family, they will need their own Group Obedience enrolment.
North Lakes clients: classes at North Lakes are temporarily unavailable. You are welcome to arrange a return visit at another venue. Please check the current timetable and venue updates.
