Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted if goods are in original condition unopened and in a resalable condition. Returns must be approved prior to being returned, and postage will be at the purchaser’s expense. Returns will not be accepted if the bag has been opened or if your pet does not like the treat that you ordered for them.
Shipping Policy
Shipping within Australia only.
Under normal circumstances, all goods will be shipped the next business day after receipt of the order. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for the courier or Australia Post to deliver to your address. If we encounter any delays in shipping your order, we will contact you to advise. Goods will be dispatched from Brisbane.
