Returns and Exchange Policy

We offer a considerate returns and exchange policy:

• Returns: We accept returns of items in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. This is especially important for perishable products like dog treats, which must be returned unopened and in a condition suitable for resale. To initiate a return, please request approval in writing before sending any items back. Return postage, which must include tracking, is at your expense. We can only process returns for items sent via tracked post and received in a condition suitable for resale. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of opened packages or products that did not meet your pet’s preferences.
• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please send back the original item as per our returns conditions. Once received, you can choose products for exchange. Please note that the cost of freighting the new order will be at your expense.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping services across Australia. Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched the next business day from our Brisbane location. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for delivery via courier or Australia Post. Should there be any delays in shipping, we will inform you promptly.

Returns Policy

Returns will be accepted if goods are in original condition unopened and in a resalable condition. Returns must be approved prior to being returned, and postage will be at the purchaser’s expense. Returns will not be accepted if the bag has been opened or if your pet does not like the treat that you ordered for them.

Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia only.

Under normal circumstances, all goods will be shipped the next business day after receipt of the order. Please allow 1 – 3 business days for the courier or Australia Post to deliver to your address. If we encounter any delays in shipping your order, we will  contact you to advise. Goods will be dispatched from Brisbane.
