You agree that you will promptly advise us of any changes to the information provided. 3.4 Dog training is an active discipline, and accidents can happen. By choosing to participate in our training sessions, you accept the inherent risks and agree to release and indemnify us against any personal injury claims for yourself or your dog. It is essential that you, as the handler, possess the physical ability to hold the lead and exert full control over your dog at all times. If you are unable to manage and maintain control, it is crucial that you disclose this to us before attending class so that we can provide you with appropriate equipment and techniques to improve your handling capabilities. Moreover, you warrant that you have informed us of any and all behavioural issues, particularly any dangerous temperament your dog may exhibit. You also agree to keep us updated should any aspect of this warranty become untrue or inaccurate. Failure to make such disclosures absolves us of any loss suffered due to your omission. Aggressive dogs that pose a risk to people and other animals must be kept at a distance during class sessions. Instructors will provide directions for safety, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you to ensure that a safe distance is maintained. Our trainers will offer their assistance to help facilitate this safety measure.

3.8 Care should be taken that children do not unnecessarily disrupt training. Do not allow children to approach dogs without first checking with the handler. Some dogs are not accustomed to children and may be uncertain of your child’s affection.
3.9 Chairs
Where chairs are provided, we ensure they are compliant with Australian Standards, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 120kg. We have conducted thorough diligence to guarantee that the chairs are of robust construction and meet high commercial standards. We know that puppy training requires consistency; therefore, we welcome other family members to come along to puppy preschools. Should you have more than one puppy, you must bring a responsible handler for each puppy.

Whilst the immunity of the puppies will be lower than that of an adult dog, our preschools are held in safe and aseptic environments where the risk is greatly reduced.
