Our Partnership with Best Friends Rescue

Jordan Dog Training supports various rescue organisations around South East Queensland, but we have a very special relationship with Best Friends Rescue.

Over many years, Justin has provided free behavourial training for many dogs that have come into the care of Best Friends Rescue (BFR). None of the dogs go into a shelter, they all live with foster families until they find their forever home.  Sometimes there are behaviours these dogs need helps with (along with the foster families!) to help them overcome their past and ensure that the dogs and their new families can have a long lasting friendship.

Justin provides these consultations for absolutely no cost – as a way of giving back to the community and to these wonderful dogs who find themselves without a home, through no fault of their own.

We’re proud to be associated with such a wonderful and committed organsation. If you’re looking to adopt a dog from Best Friends Rescue (or indeed any local animal rescue organisation), please contact Justin to organise a consultation about whether the dog and your family are a good match.

And of course, when you decide to adopt a new dog, the entire Jordan Dog Training team are happy to help with in-home consultations to help your new best friend and your family have as smooth as possible transition.

Rocko is a rockstar, just a big gorgeous lump of love. Rocko was the smallest in his litter so he is slightly smaller than your regular male Rottie but that just means he fits into your lap better.
Rocko is very gentle and has lived with a male dog before but we think he’d like a female or even be a single guy .
Rocko is housetrained, doesn’t chew and walks very easily. He’s really nice to have around, gentle and sweet personality, but big enough to ensure the bad guys stay away.
